DAD Holdings is a family owned and operated business focusing soley on student rental properties in the vicinity of Queen's University and St. Lawrence College. We take great pride and care of our homes, ensuring they are well maintained and comfortable. We want students to have one less worry when they move away from home and to have a safe and memorable experience while at University or College in Kingston. Our properties are conveniently located in prime residential neighbourhoods with quick easy access to all amenities.
